The RTR Accounting Controller META owns the integrity of financial records across operating units and legal entities in the META region, managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. This technical controllership role involves ensuring compliance with IFRS, managing complex accounting treatments, and overseeing internal controls in a demanding environment characterized by hyperinflationary economies and diverse statutory regimes. The position serves as the regional point of contact for Record-to-Report, coordinating with global hubs, shared service centers, and distributed teams to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
