The RTR Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and facilitating period-end activities. This role acts as a bridge between senior leadership and the operational finance team, while also mentoring RTR Senior Accountants and other finance employees to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
