The Rural Community Health Worker Program Coach provides web-based and in-person training, technical assistance, and coaching to rural organizations employing Community Health Workers under the Wisconsin Rural Health Transformation Program. Drawing on personal CHW experience, the role strengthens organizational capacity, anticipates practical challenges, and builds trust-based relationships across the state's rural public health landscape to advance workforce development goals.

Responsibilities

Provide web-based and in-person training to rural organizations employing CHWs
Develop and evaluate curriculum and programs for CHW workforce development
Build trust-based relationships across Wisconsin's rural public health landscape
Monitor outreach program budget spending and identify external partnerships
Facilitate peer learning spaces and communities of practice for CHWs

Qualifications
