About this role
The Senior Rust Full-Stack Engineer will build and optimize AI data and infrastructure systems that support large-scale data pipelines and evaluation workflows. The role focuses on production Rust development for high-performance, distributed services and full-stack tooling used in data annotation and quality control. The engineer will work closely with research, data, and engineering teams to enable model training and evaluation for leading AI labs. This is a remote, contract position with flexible hours between 20 and 40 per week.
