Saddle Stitcher Operator

The Saddle Stitcher Operator is responsible for operating saddle stitcher machines and plays an essential leadership role by directing the work activities of the finishing team to ensure productivity, quality, and safety goals are met. This position involves making ready and running all aspects of the saddle stitcher, performing routine maintenance, and supporting material handlers during continuous running. The role requires promoting safety, training personnel, and communicating with supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.
