Safeguarding and Wellbeing Mentor

The Safeguarding and Wellbeing Mentor provides statutory, pastoral and welfare support to a designated cohort of learners, addressing attendance, safeguarding, mental health and other barriers to education. The role involves early help, case management, multi‑agency planning and coordination with families, staff and external partners to ensure vulnerable young people receive timely, trauma‑informed interventions.
