Safety Advisor

The Safety Advisor serves as the primary on-site safety support for active construction projects, reporting to the HSE Manager. The role involves monitoring daily operations, administering HSE programs, conducting risk assessments, and investigating incidents to ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and company standards. Employees must maintain a consistent physical presence at varying project sites while collaborating with trades, subcontractors, and stakeholders to promote safe construction practices.
