Safety and Environmental Manager

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all safety and environmental programs at the facility, ensuring 100% compliance with OSHA, EPA, IEPA, WDNR, and DOT requirements. The role involves maintaining OSHA logs, managing workers' compensation activities, and overseeing emergency preparedness and behavior-based safety programs. The incumbent will also handle environmental permit updates, regulatory documentation, and safety committee facilitation.
