Safety and Security Director

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery seeks a Safety and Security Director to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive safety and security program across all facilities. This leadership role focuses on workplace violence prevention, risk assessment, physical security, emergency preparedness, and staff training to ensure a safe environment for clients and employees. The Director will collaborate with facility directors, department heads, and staff to address the unique challenges of a healthcare/behavioral health setting.
