About this role
Ro is hiring a Safety Associate to lead and manage workplace safety programs across all pharmacy locations, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations. Reporting to the People Partner for Pharmacy and Logistics, the role serves as a subject-matter expert responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving Ro's health and safety strategy. The position partners cross-functionally to identify risks, prevent incidents, and maintain safety standards across facilities.
