Safety Director – Operations, Essentials & Energy

The Safety Director for Operations, Essentials & Energy at Prologis will lead the expansion and integration of the company’s safety program across non-development business lines, reporting to the Vice President, Global Safety. The role focuses on creating a consistent, data-driven, and scalable safety framework to support risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and ESG initiatives across Property Operations, Energy, Essentials, and Data Centers. This position partners across the enterprise to standardize safety policies, contractor oversight, platform adoption, and safety communications.
