Safety Director

The Safety Director develops and leads the company's comprehensive safety strategy across all branch locations, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations while fostering a culture of safety. This role partners with operations and executive leadership to reduce risk, improve safety performance, and build accountability throughout the organization. The position requires approximately 50% travel and involves conducting jobsite inspections, leading incident investigations, and delivering company-wide safety training.
