Safety Director

The Safety Director proactively plans, directs, and implements the company's ESH program to ensure a safe and healthy work environment across construction projects. This role partners with executive leadership to build a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support field operations through hazard assessment and incident investigation. The position requires strong leadership to manage safety staff, implement critical safety systems, and deliver training aligned with business expectations.
