The Safety and Facility Monitor ensures transportation providers contracted with MTM comply with contract, ADA, and federal/state/local regulatory standards. The role conducts site and street-level monitoring, including vehicle and facility inspections, and documents findings for management. It involves local travel throughout the DC metro area and regular reporting to MetroAccess.
