Safety Field Support Specialist

This role provides local field support for employee occupational health and safety, including conducting crew site visits, offering program and policy support, and delivering training and coaching to enhance employee safety capacity. The specialist is responsible for coaching assigned territories, investigating incidents, and identifying high-energy hazards to mitigate risks. Additionally, the position involves writing and updating health and safety policies and delivering targeted safety training programs.
