Safety Governance Manager

The Safety Governance Manager at inDrive is responsible for building and owning the safety governance framework across the platform, ensuring measurable safety outcomes for users in 47 countries. This role involves setting up policies, metrics, and reporting structures while collaborating with Product, Operations, Legal, and Data teams to report safety performance to senior leadership and the board. The position focuses on verifying safety processes, tracking safety decisions, and reviewing safety spend without directly operating safety controls.
