About this role

The Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Manager for Ecolab’s Huntington, IN manufacturing facilities is the site lead for SHE strategy and culture, focused on achieving zero injuries and promoting a collaborative safety environment. This role represents the plant to external agencies, ensures compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations, and partners with network SHE teams to share best practices. The manager also supports operational excellence and continuous improvement through TPM and related methodologies.
