Safety Intern

The Safety Intern at Clearwater Paper will work onsite at the Augusta, GA pulp and paper mill, supporting engineers and plant staff to learn the papermaking process and lead safety projects such as lockout verification, machine guarding assessments, and industrial hygiene monitoring. The role offers hands‑on experience with operational improvements, mentorship from department managers, and exposure to environmental and regulatory challenges in a manufacturing environment.
