Safety Manager

The Safety Manager coordinates, administers, and implements Novo Construction's site-specific environmental health and safety program across multiple construction sites. Reporting to the corporate Safety Director, the role involves conducting inspections, providing safety coaching, developing safety plans, and investigating incidents to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe work environment.
