Safety Manager

The Safety Manager leads and directs all field safety operations for the Fermi Matador power plant construction site, driving an incident- and injury-free culture across all personnel, contractors, and subcontractors. Reporting to the Director of HSSE, this hands-on, field-based leadership role owns the day-to-day site safety program, ensuring OSHA and regulatory compliance while leading a team of field Safety Coordinators. The position is responsible for protecting the workforce and maintaining project schedules on a large, complex construction project.
