Safety Manager

The Safety Manager at Complete Fence owns the company's safety program end-to-end, building and scaling policies, standards, and systems to ensure compliance with OSHA and customer requirements. This role involves leading incident investigations, tracking safety performance indicators, and chairing the Safety Committee to drive continuous improvement. The position requires building a strong safety culture across all job sites and crews while managing the Field Safety Specialist and any additional safety staff.
