Safety Manager

The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing comprehensive safety programs to ensure the health and safety of employees, subcontractors, and visitors across all manufacturing and farm locations in Northwest Ohio. This role involves assessing workplace hazards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability through training, audits, and incident investigations. The position requires collaboration with plant managers and supervisors to maintain safety standards and optimize resource utilization with external partners.
