Safety Manager

The Safety Manager develops and administers programs to ensure a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and other regulations for all American Licorice locations. This role manages safety initiatives to foster a zero-accident culture, conducts training for managers and associates, and analyzes accident data to implement preventive measures. The position also involves leading safety committees, managing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local and federal safety standards.
