Safety Professional

This role supports the tactical direction of the program for a large heavy industrial manufacturing facility as a member of a three-person EHS Department. The position is responsible for driving continuous improvement in health and safety processes, including developing safety systems, conducting audits, and managing accident investigations. The ideal candidate will lead culture change through employee engagement and utilize a metric-driven approach to deliver positive results.
