Safety Program Manager

This role manages day-to-day functions of the SEARHC Safety Program, ensuring a comprehensive environmental, health, and safety program across multiple inpatient, outpatient, and support facility locations. The position involves evaluating, identifying, planning, coordinating, and leading system-wide and entity-based employee and patient safety activities. It also includes conducting regulatory compliance surveillance, leading emergency preparedness drills, and providing staff training on safety and health programs.
