Safety Program Manager

This role is responsible for promoting a safe working environment by creating, administering, and maintaining an effective safety program to prevent incidents, illnesses, and injuries. The position involves monitoring and assessing safety programs for personnel and contractors to ensure compliance with company practices, industry best practices, and all applicable federal, state, and local occupational safety standards. The incumbent will design health and safety procedures, conduct jobsite audits, and lead meetings to review safety observations and trends. Additionally, the role requires maintaining professional relationships with outside agencies and representing the company's safety program both internally and externally.
