Altorfer CAT
The Safety & Environmental Specialist supports Altorfer’s safety and environmental programs by partnering with employees, supervisors, and operational leaders to identify and control workplace hazards, prevent injuries and serious incidents, and promote continuous improvement. This position maintains a strong presence in shops, facilities, and field operations and serves as a practical safety resource through coaching, training, inspections, investigations, and compliance support.
Altorfer is a U.S.-based dealer and service provider specializing in heavy equipment and power systems, operating as an authorized Caterpillar dealer. It sells and rents new and used construction, earthmoving and industrial machinery, diesel engines and power generation equipment, and supplies OEM parts. Altorfer also provides factory-trained maintenance, repairs, fleet management and equipment financing to construction, mining, agriculture and industrial customers.
