Safety Superintendent

The Safety Superintendent provides operational health and safety leadership and assurance across the Laverton Steel Mill, partnering with operational leaders and teams to drive a proactive safety culture. This role focuses on managing critical risks, implementing WHS systems, and delivering practical safety improvements in high-risk manufacturing and maintenance environments. The position supports both Rolling Mills and Site Services functions to ensure compliance and effective incident prevention.
