Safety Superintendent

The Safety Superintendent leads, coordinates, and controls all health and safety activities at the Kouroussa Gold Mine site, managing a team of sixteen safety officers to achieve a "Zero Accident" goal. This role involves overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of the safety management system, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards. The position requires managing incident investigations, emergency response planning, and safety performance reporting while fostering a strong safety culture across a multicultural workforce.
