Safety Supervisor

The Safety Supervisor plays a key role in advancing a strong safety culture across manufacturing operations by supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of plant safety and occupational health programs. This role partners closely with plant leadership and hourly teams to ensure regulatory compliance, promote employee engagement in safe work practices, and uphold environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards. The position involves identifying workplace hazards, monitoring compliance activities, investigating incidents, and driving corrective actions to reduce risk and ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable manufacturing environment.
