Safety Training Specialist

The position involves conducting onboarding, managing training programs, and evaluating educational effectiveness to enhance knowledge and skills for safe job performance. The specialist will collaborate with safety leadership and operations management to incorporate risk mitigation strategies and maintain thorough documentation of all training activities.
