SAGE Psychotherapist

The SAGE Psychotherapist provides short-term individual and group therapy to adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, many of whom are experiencing homelessness or have co-occurring disorders. This role involves delivering cognitive behavioral therapy, developing individualized treatment goals, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to support client recovery and healthy living conditions. The position requires conducting psychosocial assessments, providing crisis intervention, and maintaining thorough clinical documentation.
