SailPoint Engineering Lead, IAM

This role serves as the internal owner and technical authority for the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform, defining enterprise-scale identity governance strategy and architecture. The position leads the Identity Governance and Administration program, ensuring access lifecycle management, certifications, and compliance controls meet global regulatory requirements. As the enterprise lead, the role drives the evolution of the identity governance program while partnering across Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Business teams.
