The SailPoint Engineering Lead, IAM serves as the internal owner and technical authority for the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform, defining enterprise-scale identity governance strategy and architecture. This program leadership role drives the evolution of the identity governance program, ensuring access lifecycle management, certifications, and compliance controls meet global regulatory requirements. The position involves partnering across Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Business teams to oversee the multi-year IGA roadmap and governance of non-human identities.
