Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator provides dedicated administrative and operational support to a Senior Sales Representative, managing order processing, scheduling, customer communication, and project documentation to ensure an efficient sales process and exceptional customer experience. This onsite position supports residential flooring sales with occasional travel to client sites throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, maintaining organized sales pipelines, and assisting with customer inquiries and follow-up communication.
