About this role
The Sales and Service Technician (SST) is an entry-level, hybrid retail role at Bridgestone’s Firestone Complete Auto Care stores designed as a pipeline for career growth. The SST assesses customer needs, recommends products and services, performs entry-level vehicle services (oil changes, tire and fluid services), and supports store operations. The role learns all aspects of store operations and flexes between customer-facing and back-shop tasks.
