The Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid, in-store role within Bridgestone Retail Operations designed as a career-development position in the Firestone Complete Auto Care network. The role provides exposure to store operations and vehicle service functions while delivering on-the-job training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. It is intended as a pipeline for future growth and development within the retail organization.
