CoStar Group’s Sales Development Program is an entry-level, immersive training program that prepares May 2026 graduates for careers in real estate sales. After an initial three-week training, participants are placed into one of CoStar’s brands (Apartments.com, Homes.com, LoopNet, or CoStar Sales) to work with sales teams and gain hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and multi-family property technology.
