About this role
The Sales Consultant and Lifestyle Coordinator coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The role also creates and runs social and physical activity programs for residents and supports the community sales team to ensure efficient move-ins and strong resident satisfaction. This is an on-site property role combining sales/leasing and resident engagement functions.
