Quarterback Transportation is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support a fast-growing freight brokerage and third-party logistics provider. The role involves managing customer orders, coordinating pickup and delivery appointments, maintaining data in a Transportation Management System (TMS) and Salesforce, and compiling sales reports. This hybrid position requires strong communication skills and the ability to resolve operational issues regarding shipments.

Responsibilities

Communicate with decision makers and facility reps regarding daily pickups and deliveries
Accept and enter customer orders via phone, email, portals, and EDI systems
Coordinate and schedule pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers
Monitor available orders in TMS and escalate delays or missing information to Operations
Compile sales data to create daily and monthly revenue and target reports
