Sales Coordinator

Woods Machinery is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing equipment transactions, processing sales paperwork, and coordinating customer financing. The role involves tracking deals through to funding, monitoring manufacturer credits, and supporting intercompany transactions and month-end accounting activities. This position requires strong follow-through, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.
