About this role
The SDR Manager at Flex will lead and develop a team of SDRs to drive pipeline generation and expand partner and customer relationships during a high-growth phase. This is a high-impact role focused on performance, strategic development, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead flow and go-to-market execution. The role is hybrid with on-site expectations 2–3 days per week in Flex’s NYC, SF, or SLC hubs, with relocation assistance available for candidates outside those locations.
