The Sales Development Manager at WinField United partners with and coaches customer-owner retail sellers to expand their selling competencies and drive growth across assigned accounts. The role is remote/virtual but requires residency in North East Iowa and includes significant travel to meet with growers and retail sellers in the field. Compensation is a base salary plus commission with an additional target bonus.
