Supports the development and delivery of sales training programs that align with Highmark’s strategic direction to help achieve sales, financial, and membership goals. Collaborates within the Sales Organization to develop and maintain training materials and solutions that support sales objectives and improve consumer and partner experience. Position is based within Highmark’s footprint and requires onsite presence three days per week if located within 50 miles of an office.
