About this role
The U.S. Sales Leader will develop and execute commercial strategies to drive profitable, sustainable growth across omni-channel environments including mass, prestige, specialty, e-commerce, and club channels. This role is accountable for building customer partnerships, translating consumer and category insights into go-to-market plans, and delivering net sales, margin, and market share growth while partnering cross-functionally across marketing, finance, supply chain, and digital commerce.
