Sales Director

The Sales Director owns the strategy and delivery of corporate and large-group sales across the Group, building a productive enquiry engine with Marketing and leading the Call Centre. This hands-on commercial leadership role is accountable for profitable sales growth, moving between strategy, data, and the sales floor to set direction, inspect pipelines, and coach teams. The position involves creating proactive local and national sales activity and improving the guest booking journey through smart automation and strong booking-system capability.
