This role oversees the entire logistics process and manages client relationships for non-standard shipments, including Dangerous Goods, Out of Gauge, Breakbulk, and specialized reefer commodities. The position bridges the gap between high-level sales strategies and ground operations to ensure efficient handling of complex shipping requirements while maintaining regulatory compliance. The role supports customers throughout their shipment journey, from booking to service delivery, and resolves issues by liaising with internal and external parties.
