Sales Enablement Director

The Sales Enablement Director drives sales productivity and execution across the North America Digital & Automation organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to equip customer-facing staff with the necessary tools, content, and insights. This role focuses on developing sales readiness programs, maintaining sales playbooks, and ensuring process excellence to translate business priorities into measurable commercial impact. The position also provides commercial excellence support, including performance insights and coordination for the D&A Value Partnership program.
