This role offers a 9-18 month training program where trainees work alongside experienced Sales Engineers to support real customer projects and learn how to evaluate, specify, and apply process pumping and fluid handling systems. Trainees gain hands-on experience in applications engineering, equipment quotations, and diagnosing system failures while developing long-term customer relationships. After training, individuals transition into a field-based Sales Engineer role with the opportunity to own their own territory.
