Sales Floor Associate

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by utilizing the E.C.E.T. process and maintaining a customer-ready presence on the sales floor. The associate is responsible for assisting customers with product location, special orders, and store services such as paint mixing and key cutting. Additionally, the position involves managing register transactions, processing returns, and ensuring the store remains clean, stocked, and organized.
